New home=New Gym. Back to work. Today is day 8 back into routine. Focus on ‘back to basics’ with my 50 reps workout. Light weight, 2 sets of 50 reps each exercise w 3 min rest periods. Today was seated rows (50lbs), bicep curls alternating hammer and isolation (15lbs) and bench press (95lbs) as always 15 min warm up on spin bike w 5 lb hand weights.
