When it comes to your health & fitness, DIY strategies can only get you so far.

No Time? I call BSโฆ.
When clients say to me that they donโt have the time to learn lifestyle habits that can transform their energy, mental health and body I just have one responseโฆ
WHEN will you have the time?
WHEN will you have the time to make your health a priority?
WHEN will you decide that you have had enough of feeling guilty for not working out, feeling bad when you look in the mirror and beating yourself up because you aren't taking the action you know will help you achieve your goals?

Although I LOVE what I do during the weekโฆthe weekend is my time to RELAX and UNWIND (annnnd catch up on all the things I didnโt get done over the week).
BUT relaxation, self care and spending time with loved ones are my priorities and my top 3 favorite things to do on the weekend are:
Up early to do my errands, chores and prep for the upcoming week.
Spend time with loved ones.
Get out for something active, whether thatโs a run, hike or some sort of outdoor activity.
What are your weekend relaxation priorities?
Are you a โsleep until noonโ weekender or out browsing your local thrift shop at 8am?
Do you do things with your family or do you covet some alone time?

๐โโ๏ธFinding Time to Workout Wonโt Change Overnight but These Hacks Can Sure Helpโฆ
Hack # 1
Set your long term life goals & vision
Hack # 2
Ask yourself where you want to be in one year from now - write it down
Hack # 3
Look at your calendar and take note of appointments that will not move you closer to your life goals or where you'd like to be in a year from now.
Hack # 4
As soon as you can, remove those appointments from your schedule.
Hack # 5
Stop saying yes to events/activities that are robbing your time, wasting your energy and not getting you closer to your goals.
Hack # 6
Once you have freed up 2-hours of time in your schedule, book an online personal trainer for 2 x 30 minute weekly workouts.
Hack # 7
Say this mantra "My workouts are a priority, I always have time for my workouts"

๐ฉ It's a cheat day, and I'm enjoying my donut in peace. As a personal trainer, Iโm well aware of the importance of healthy eating habits.
However, I also believe that cheat days are essential for maintaining a balanced lifestyle. After all, indulging in a delicious treat like a donut can be a great way to stay motivated during a challenging workout program. And on those rare occasions when I do indulge in a cheat meal, I always make sure to enjoy it guilt-free!
So if you see me eating a donut on Friday, don't judge me - I'm just doing what's best for my health!

โ๏ธ If there is one thing I canโt live without it's my morning coffee with oat milk, which is primarily decaf!!
Ahhhhh I just LOVE my morning oat milk, decaf coffee.
I knowโฆitโs not something that you think would be so consequential to oneโs happiness but I have to admit that I am in loveโฆ
I love it so much because it signals the start of my day and I love the taste and smell. Since it's decaf I don't drink it for the caffiene boost, I actually drink it every morning because it makes me feel comforted.
