The last two years have brought up many topics that we never had to address in the dating space, until now.

When it comes to kissing and physical touch on a first date, how do you navigate that when both people are wearing masks for the entire date, or on the way in and out of the restaurant/bar? Or may, or may not want to remain socially distanced throughout the date?

The bottom line is open communication right from the start! Yes, it's not as romantic, or spontaneous as it use to be, but knowing what your partner is comfortable with during a pandemic is showing respect and care for their feelings and beliefs. Once you're both on the same page, intimacy will feel just like it use to.

One day you will be able to look back at that moment and laugh about how awkward that first kiss was when you had to ask her/him to remove their mask in order to have that intimate moment 🤣

The relationship between coach and client is a very unique and close knit one. I get to know my clients past, their current struggles and their biggest goals and aspirations for the future. I'm not just there to guide them and hold them accountable. I'm invested in the process and their future success, which often means I'm their cheerleader and closest confidante.

It's important to be on the same page with your coach and make sure your personalities mesh. That will allow you to feel confident in the process and comfortable being vulnerable and transparent with your coach. So, it's time to get to know me a little better. I'll be posting random facts that will hopefully give you a glimpse into my life.

First fact...the Fall is my favorite time of year here in Canada. It's by far the most beautiful stage mother nature gifts us with. I go on as many hikes and bike trails as I can during this time and the scenery still takes my breath away. It's a time to get cozy at home under the blankets, with a tea in hand watching my favorite Netflix series. The only problem is that fall is very short lived. If I could swap it with the longevity of winter, I absolutley would! 🍂🍁
