MY mission is as a coach,

My answer is simple — it’s the development of every single player in our club.
Yes, we all love to win. Winning feels good. Trophies are nice. But soccer is bigger than just the scoreboard.

My priority has always been the players.
Every stride they take forward.
Every small improvement.
Every moment they grow in confidence.
That’s what matters most.

Because development isn’t always loud. Sometimes it’s quiet.
It’s the shy player speaking up.
It’s the weak foot getting stronger.
It’s the player who made a mistake last week showing courage this week.
That’s progress.

Soccer gives us the opportunity to teach more than just tactics. We teach discipline. We teach resilience. We teach teamwork. We teach how to respond when things go wrong — because they will go wrong.

I always tell my players:
When things are good, stay humble.
When things are bad, stay strong.
If my players enjoy coming to training…
If they compete with passion…
If they work hard for each other…
Then I know I’m doing my job.

But my responsibility doesn’t stop at the field.
As coaches, we guide young people. The way we speak to them, the standards we set, the example we show — that shapes them beyond soccer.

If one day, a former player comes back and says,
“Coach, you helped me believe in myself,”
That means more than any championship ever could.
Winning games is great.
Developing players — and developing strong leaders off the field — that is the real victory.

Wolves Boys U10 Red
The boys have been on an incredible run, staying undefeated, and came up against a very strong team. When you’re on a roll, it can sometimes be challenging to keep full focus, and we take this defeat as an important lesson.
We faced a quality opponent, created our chances, but things just didn’t go our way on the day. Losing is part of winning, and this is the moment where the boys look at each other, reset, and get back to work.
I am very proud of this group. Trust me—they will bounce back quickly and be ready for the next battle with a strong performance.
