TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE CURRENT ORDERING CONDITIONS BEFORE THE CHANGES ON DECEMBER 1, 2026!

Do you regularly order certain doTERRA products from the US warehouse? This information is for you!

📢 Starting December 1, ordering conditions will change!

Products ordered from the US will be charged at their actual US prices, (6% less than what we currently see) and the portion that doTERRA was subsidizing for us, will be added to the 6% we are currently paying, at checkout.

So it will be a slight increase.

(Exact costs of duties and taxes will be communicated with us next week)

Free shipping remains for 150pv.

Fun fact: I chopped my hair to this length twice since this picture was taken and it has grown in so healthy, thick and almost back to its original length!

🥭 Recipe for Overnight Chia and Oats Pudding:
(Makes 5 small mason jars)
1 1/2 cups Frozen Mango (or any fruit you like)
1 1/2 cups 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
2 scoops vanilla Protein Powder (or suggested serving)
2 cups Silk Protein Milk (or any milk of your liking)
1 cup Rolled Oats
1/4 cup Chia Seeds

Blend the frozen fruit together with milk, yogurt and protein powder. Then mix with the rest of the ingredients and fill your jars.

I pack myself with all these supplements due to my health plan, however, you don’t have to!

🍏 Start off simple with just VMG+, EOmega and a probiotic. That’s it! 2 mins of your morning dedicated to your foundational health and you are good to go!

If you have a sensitive stomach, it is recommended that you eat a full meal before taking your supplements.

This video took me longer to record than I intended because my brain is still recuperating 🤣🫠.

DoTerra changed my life and put me on a path I never even thought of when I joined them in 2018.
I want to change people’s lives for the better and share all this knowledge so that you can advocate for yourself and take control of your physical and mental well-being!

Did you know your sense of smell is the only one that has a direct pathway to the brain? 🧠

When you inhale an aroma like Lemongrass essential oil during intentional breath-work, the scent travels through the olfactory nerve to areas of the brain involved in emotion, memory, and stress responses.

✨ Pairing a bright, uplifting aroma with slow, mindful breathing can help create a calming ritual, improve focus, and make it easier to stay present in the moment.

Here’s a simple practice to try:

🌿 Place 1 drop of Lemongrass in your palms (or diffuse it)
🫁 Inhale slowly for 4 seconds
⏸️ Hold for 2 seconds
💨 Exhale gently for 6 seconds
🔁 Repeat for 3–5 breaths.

If you don’t want to inhale from your hands, alternatively, you can use a diffuser like the one I have pictured. This is actually great for those who host breath-work classes with a larger group of people!

Sometimes the smallest daily habits have the biggest impact.

A couple of months ago I had a visit with a Physician’s Assistant related to an injury my son sustained.

What she told me next had me shook 🫢.

“Get rid of that triple action antibiotic cream. It does more harm than good for most people. Not sure if you heard of CorrectX from DoTerra. But I find it works better than that stuff and it wont cause ugly reactions”.

Little did she know that I am a Wellness Advocate for DoTerra 🤣😜.

And yes, I had already stocked up on CorrectX. I use this stuff for multiple things like minor cuts, rashes, bug bites, minor burns and breakouts!

If you have been looking for a non-toxic alternative to fighting these issues but don’t feel like inundating your kit with a whole bunch of oils, then CorrectX is the best way to go! It comes highly recommended even by medical health practitioners!
