This yogurt recipe is definitely one of our go-tos! If you ever have a sugar craving, this will hit the spot👌
Cinnamon Maple Greek Yogurt
In a small bowl, mix together:
1/2 cup 2% Plain Greek Yogurt
1 Tbsp Real Maple Syrup
1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
Top with 1 tsp of chia seeds and a sprinkle of cinnamon✨
Total Calories = 155💃
