What If The Body You’re chasing Weighs MORE?

Building muscle as we age isn’t easy. It takes time, consistency, patience, and trusting the process when it feels uncomfortable.

And that’s exactly what Lee has done.

Four years of consistent effort, and now in her 60s, she has more muscle than she did for most of her life.

Here’s the part women need to hear:

She eats more now.

She weighs MORE in the photos on the right.

And her body composition is better than ever.

This is why being fixated on making the scale smaller can make you lose sight of what you’re actually trying to achieve.

Your lightest body isn’t always your best body.

Stop chasing a number and start building a body that’s strong, capable, well-fuelled, and built to carry you through the decades ahead.

She rebuilt her relationship with food, her body, and herself.

“After years of self-neglect, signing up to become part of this amazing community of women was the best decision I made for myself. I regained my confidence, learned how to properly resistance train, and healed my relationship with food.”

That’s not luck. That’s not a quick fix. That’s what happens when you stop waiting to feel ready and just start.

It’s never too late to lady the f up. 💪🏼

“I Thought I Needed Another Diet. What I Actually Needed Was a Different Mindset.”

For most of her life, she believed the answer was another diet.

She had spent years jumping from plan to plan, struggling with binge eating, feeling defeated, and never seeing results that actually lasted. As perimenopause began, it only amplified the frustration. The scale stopped moving, her body felt different, and she questioned whether anything would ever work.
But this journey wasn’t about finding the perfect diet. It was about breaking the cycle.

Together, we worked on healing her relationship with food, improving her mindset around her body, and unlearning the belief that her worth or success was determined by the number on the scale.

Today, she’s stronger than she’s ever been at 54.
She’s building muscle, her clothes fit better, her confidence has grown and she’s exceeded the goals she originally set when she started.

The biggest transformation wasn’t just physical, it was learning that success isn’t measured by a number on the scale rather it’s measured by the life you build, the habits you keep and the person you become along the way.

It was never about the number on the scale.

A year ago, getting dressed felt frustrating.
Today, she slipped into a dress and felt one thing...

Relief.

She didn’t wake up one day 50+ pounds lighter.

She woke up hundreds of mornings choosing the workout when she didn’t feel like it.

Choosing the meal she’d planned instead of the easy option.

Choosing consistency over excuses.

Everyone wants the after photo. Very few people are willing to earn it.

204 lbs to the 150s isn’t just a physical transformation.

It’s the confidence, the energy, it’s walking into a room without wondering what people think. It’s trying on clothes without dreading the mirror.

It’s realizing your body is capable of so much more than you gave it credit for.

“Week to week the changes aren’t visible. But when you compare the beginning to now, you can see what hard work, consistency and persistence look like.”

Transformations aren’t built in a week. It’s built on the days you wanted to quit but didn’t.

One day you’ll look back at a photo you almost deleted and realize that version of you was the reason you never gave up.

She Stopped Waiting for More Time And Started Making Progress

We’re only just getting started, but she’s already proving that your circumstances don’t have to determine your results.

As a busy mom and business owner, she spent years making sure everyone else’s needs were met while constantly putting herself last.

Now, she’s intentionally carving out time for herself. Not perfectly, but consistently.

She shows up when she can, adapts when life gets busy, and keeps moving forward instead of slipping back into old habits.

That’s what real progress looks like. It isn’t about having more time it’s about deciding that your health matters enough to make time.

If your goals are important to you, start where you are. Small, consistent actions will always outperform waiting for the “perfect” time.

If you’ve been waiting for life to slow down before putting yourself first, this is your sign to stop waiting and

30 Pounds Down — But That’s Only a Bonus.

As a busy lawyer working long hours, she came to us wanting to get stronger, change her body composition, and finally learn how to prioritize herself within a hectic schedule.

And that’s exactly what she’s done.

She’s 30 pounds down, but the biggest transformation has been her lifestyle.

She navigates regular client lunches confidently, enjoys weekly family dinners without guilt, and has the best relationship with food she’s ever had.

She lifts heavy, has built incredible muscle, loves how her body composition has changed, and most importantly, appreciates her body again.

She didn’t put her life on hold to get results. She learned how to create results while living it.

This can be you too ❤️
