Today, LadyTheFUp turns 7 years old.

Seven years ago, this started with a simple goal: to help women feel stronger, healthier and more confident in themselves.

Today, it’s become so much more.

To every woman who has trusted us with your journey, thank you. Whether you’ve been here for seven years or seven days, you’ve helped shape this community into what it is today.

Thank you for showing up on the hard days.
Thank you for trusting us through the ups and downs.
Thank you for cheering on other women, sharing your stories, and reminding each other that none of us have to do this alone.

What started as two coaches and twenty 60 day challengers has grown into a community of hundreds of women around the world choosing themselves, setting boundaries, building strength, healing their relationship with food and their bodies, and becoming women they genuinely trust.

We couldn’t be more proud of what we’ve built together.

Here’s to every lesson, every challenge, every milestone, every laugh, every tear, and every woman who has chosen to be part of this community, no matter where in the world you call home.

Perimenopause Might Be The Most Gaslit Phase of A Woman’s Life

One expert says:
“Weight gain is normal”

Another says:
“You’re just not trying hard enough”

Then someone else says:
Lift Heavy
No wait … you’re overtraining
Do more cardio
No stop, cardio spikes cortisol.

Meanwhile you’re sitting there thinking:
SO WHICH ONE IS IT?

Here’s the truth no one explains clearly

Perimenopause isn’t a willpower problem
It’s a physiology shift

Estrogen fluctuates
Muscle mass becomes harder to maintain
Recovery changes
Blood sugar regulation shifts
Stress tolerance drops

So the old approach of:

Eat less
Do more cardio
Push harder

Starts backfiring

And the other extreme -

“Just relax, it’s your hormones “ keeps women stuck.

Results in perimenopause don’t come from GOOD INTENTIONS

Results come from clear leadership and a plan that fits your physiology now
