Seems like ChatGPT and I say similar things to motivate 😂
But all jokes aside.. we all have those days when we don’t feel like doing ANYTHING. Just laze around.. and that’s perfectly fine. So long as we’re doing a lot more on the other days. Remember, fitness is a long ass life long journey… so have fun with it! Stay fresh stay young and keep moving! Especially if you want to make more money in your business or make more sales or do all the fun stuff with your family!

There’s always a healthier way to get things done. It will be slow, it will be tough, but the results will be magic! Or!!! Go become a hanger for your skin. I’ve got a simple rule for all my students. We either do it the right way or we don’t do it at all. We eat clean most if the time, we lift weights, we walk, we drink water and we get f****n sleep!! This is simple to do and survival rate is 100%

Mine was to restart my life again in 2022. Left my cold cold snowing Canada to land up in Dubai … peak summer. Fell sick immediately, got injured in the gym, tooth infected and then extracted. And then started the business from scratch 🙃

We grossly underestimate the amount of calories we consume everyday. Oh it’s just one donut just one croissant just one anything.. and it seriously adds up at the end of the day… because it’s never just ONE. You know it… I know it… so next tjme you’re at a meeting or a viewing or a new project launch… please just ignore the sugar and wait until it’s over to grab a healthier option. Or!!! Just take something with you to much on!
