Human movement has a design. Abiding by the laws of Mother Nature's design will allow your body to continue or get back to living life with youthful, playful spirits. Whether you drive 14 hours a day for work, play professional sports, or line dance for fun. Observing the reality of your current movement and posture habits is not an easy task. Once you can release pre-conceived notions and allow yourself to re-learn and mimic Mother Nature's design, your quality of life will improve.
