🗣️I wish I knew this one thing earlier in my fitness journey.
You'll get more results with a structured workout plan and working out less than going into the gym and doing whatever for your workouts and working out more.
I've seen people go into the gym and work out for a year straight and look the exact damn same as they were when they started.
🗣️”What if they're just going, cause it makes them feel good and healthy”.
Lie to yourself, but you can't lie to me.
They look the same either because one, they don't have a specific goal on what they'd like to achieve or two, they don't have a damn clue on exactly what they should be doing.
I really wish I knew this earlier in my fitness journey.
Have a definite goal of what you'd like to achieve with your fitness and have a plan on how to get you there.

It's important to know that you can't spot reduce so you need to be in a calorie deficit.
However, this is a great exercise to build some muscle and get rid of excess fat on the back of those arms.
