Gold medal at Powerlfiting meet
This video was from yesterday... Day 2 of learning kickboxing with my awesome hubby :) My hands and knees are already busied but I'm loving it and can't wait to get stronger, faster and have better technique!

2014 - The start of a New Year is just a few days away, which means that resolutions and goals are being set. Eating healthy, working out, losing weight, building muscle and just being the best you are at the top of a lot of peoples' lists. Some of my goals are to eat healthier, build some more muscle, be in the best shape ever and to help people achieve their goals. So let's do this together. LEG DAY ONE BODE!
Bottom picture is the leg area in the gym and it is completely empty, if your not doing leg day your missing out on massive muscle gains and a key component to fat burning.
