2014 - The start of a New Year is just a few days away, which means that resolutions and goals are being set. Eating healthy, working out, losing weight, building muscle and just being the best you are at the top of a lot of peoples' lists. Some of my goals are to eat healthier, build some more muscle, be in the best shape ever and to help people achieve their goals. So let's do this together. I'm looking forward to coaching and mentoring a special group of individuals who are ready to make some serious lifestyle changes and be the best they can be.
