🥞Vanilla Collagen Protein Pancakes with Mango Lemon Mousse for glowing skin and shiny hair 😍🧘♀️🤩
Vanilla Collagen Protein Pancakes:
1 egg
6 egg whites
1/2cup oats
1 banana
1 tsp natural vanilla extract
2 scoops FIT Life Collagen Peptides ( https://www.amazon.com/dp/B078XMB2TM )
Blend all ingredients on high speed until smooth. Fry on a non stick pan using 1 TBS coconut oil for 2-3min per side on medium.
Mango Lemon Collagen Mousse
1 fresh mango, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup natural yogurt
1 scoop FIT Life Collagen Peptides ( https://www.amazon.com/dp/B078XMB2TM )
Blend in a blended on high speed until smooth and mouse like consistency. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Use blueberries to garnish for added antioxidants.

🍹🥑BRAIN (aka Blueberry Avocado) POWER SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups blueberries
1 cup pomegranate juice (or any berry juice)
1 cup ice cubes
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
1 scoop Organifi red juice (https://amzn.to/2MIit1f CAN or https://amzn.to/2P7Vi24 US)
1 ripe banana, peeled
half of an avocado, peeled and pitted
DIRECTIONS:
Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until combined and smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add more juice. If the smoothie is too thin, add more ice.
TIP: If you hate avocados and are looking for ways to incorporate it into your daily diet due to it's healthy properties this smoothie will do it!
