Now this is what inspires me! When I come across an exercise or flow of movements that I know will challenge me, but I know I can do it!
After my workout this afternoon, I came across this Pilates flow by . She made it look so easy but it is harder than it looks. So I decided to try it. And of course if I don’t make a video, did I really do it?! Lol!
Consistently working out gives me the strength to do the fun stuff.

I’m no but I’ve always loved on the .
Haven’t done it in a long time and definitely not as good at it as I used to be. Despite the fact that I’ve never been very flexible, I used to be able to to this exercise.
After reading through the instructions several times and practicing each step I am now starting to feel that connection again!
Take 1 and take 2 don’t look much different but they felt very different!
Another exercise for frozen shoulder, rotator cuff injury, posture, shoulder instability, etc.
If you feel pain, stop. This may not be the exercise for you.

I’ve been working on fixing my shoulders for awhile now.
Shoulder blade squeezes are a great way to strengthen when you are injured and can’t do a lot of shoulder strengthening exercises. They will also help to improve posture and shoulder mobility! 👍🏻
