Remember we are all human and we all have our personal and collective challenges...if everyone made a little extra effort to be a little kinder and practice more forgiveness I think 2024 would be much happier for all.

When you feel emotional pain, simply view it as energy.

Just start seeing these inner experiences as energy passing through your heart and before the eyes of your consciousness.

Then relax.

Do the opposite of contracting and closing.

Relax and release.

Relax your heart until you are actually face to face with the exact place it hurts.

Stay open and receptive so you can remain present right where the tension is.

You must be willing to be present right at the place of the tightness and pain, and then relax and go even deeper.

This is very deep growth and transformation.
And you will not want to do it.

You will feel tremendous resistance to doing this, and that's what makes it so powerful.

the untethered soul.

Great book.

Not easy but worth it.

The truth is no one can stop us but us.

We are our own worst enemies, which I

have noticed more so in the last few

months in my own life.

Although many of us have been self

sabotager most our lives, I think its

incredibly important to listen to the

negative narratives going on in our

heads about ourselves.

I think we all need to take a step back

now and then and question the bu****it

we say to ourselves, it's usually been

going on for so many years we don't

even realize the negative effects it has

on us and how it holds us back.

Don't betray yourself.
