We all have patterns we move through without really noticing.

The way we react. The things we avoid. The stories we tell ourselves. Sometimes, the first step toward change isn't trying to break the pattern, it's becoming curious about why it's there in the first place.

Psilocybin-assisted therapy can create space to explore those patterns with greater awareness and curiosity, within a therapeutic setting.

Because understanding yourself isn't about judging what you find.
It's about becoming more aware of what has been shaping you.

What if mental wellness wasn’t only about managing symptoms, but about understanding ourselves on a deeper level?

Psilocybin therapy is gaining attention for its potential to shift the way we approach mental health. Research suggests that, in carefully supported therapeutic settings, psilocybin may help create a temporary change in patterns of thought, emotional processing, and perspective, giving some people an opportunity to explore experiences they may have felt stuck in.

But the medicine itself isn’t the whole story.

The therapeutic setting, preparation, guidance, and integration that follow are essential parts of the process. Psilocybin isn’t a universal solution or a replacement for therapy, and it can carry meaningful psychological risks. The goal isn’t to chase a profound experience, it’s to create a safe, intentional space where insight can potentially become meaningful change.

As research continues to develop, psilocybin therapy is challenging us to think beyond simply treating what’s wrong and toward understanding how people might reconnect with themselves, process difficult experiences, and build new perspectives.

The question isn’t just what psilocybin can make you feel. It’s what you’re able to understand, integrate, and carry forward afterward.

body care can be a moment to slow down, reconnect and create a little more intention in your routine.

The Vanilla Moonstone Body Butter is made with nourishing ingredients like shea butter, cocoa butter, coconut oil, almond oil, beeswax and vitamin E, with a warm vanilla scent that makes the ritual feel just a little more indulgent.

Each jar also holds a moonstone, infused during the full moon as a small reminder to pause, turn inward and reconnect with yourself.

From rich body butters to thoughtfully crafted tallow skincare, every piece is made with intention bringing simple ingredients and meaningful rituals into everyday care.

Because skincare can be a ritual, too.

Looking inwards is the cure.

Choosing the shape, the texture, the little imperfections and knowing that no two pieces will ever be exactly the same. It’s slower, more personal, and a little more meaningful than reaching for something mass-produced.

Because the things we use every day can be more than just things. They can carry a story, a process, and a little piece of you.

Handmade just hits different.

Every vessel holds more than what is placed inside it.

It carries a story, a purpose, and a relationship to the rituals that shape our days. At the intersection of function and meaning, we begin to choose objects not only for what they do, but for how they make us feel and the intention they invite into our lives.

The Carafes Collection was created with this in mind. Thoughtfully handcrafted, each piece transforms a simple act into an opportunity to be present.

When we live with deeper intention, even the smallest details matter. The cup we reach for. The objects we surround ourselves with. Even our water.

Trauma doesn't just live in our memories. It can also become embedded in our nervous system.

When we experience trauma, the brain often prioritizes survival over processing. The result can be a nervous system that remains on high alert, even long after the threat has passed. This can show up as anxiety, hypervigilance, emotional numbness, chronic stress, or feeling "stuck" despite years of personal work.

This is where psilocybin-assisted therapy is generating so much interest.

In a carefully prepared and professionally supported setting, psilocybin appears to temporarily increase the brain's capacity for neuroplasticity. The ability to form new neural connections. Research also suggests it can reduce activity within the Default Mode Network (DMN), a network involved in self-referential thinking and rumination, while changing communication with the amygdala, the brain's threat detection center. These changes may create an opportunity to revisit difficult experiences with greater psychological flexibility and less fear.

What makes this work unique is that it isn't about forgetting the past or erasing painful memories. It's about changing your relationship to them.

Many people describe being able to access emotions they had protected themselves from for years, gaining insight without becoming overwhelmed. When combined with skilled preparation and integration, these experience

Spend a day slowing down, reconnecting, and discovering what is ready to emerge through the wisdom of horses and the creative process of clay.

Your experience begins with a private one-on-one session alongside one of our ten horses. Guided through a heart-centered connection meditation, you'll have the opportunity to be fully present with your equine partner. Horses naturally respond to our energy rather than our words, offering honest, nonjudgmental reflections that can bring awareness to the patterns, emotions, and ways of being we may not always recognize ourselves.

This experience invites you to pause and ask meaningful questions: What am I creating in my life? Who and what am I surrounding myself with? How am I showing up in my relationships, my work, and my everyday experiences? The horse becomes a living mirror, offering gentle insight that can deepen self-awareness and invite authentic transformation.

After the morning sessions, we'll gather for a delicious catered lunch, allowing time to relax, connect, and reflect on the experiences of the day.

In the afternoon, you'll transition into a mindful hand-building pottery workshop. Beginning with a slow, intentional walk around the farm, you'll gather inspiration from the natural world. Its textures, shapes, stories, and quiet beauty. Guided by those reflections and the insights from your time with the horses, you'll create a unique clay piece by hand. Rather than focusing on perfection, this process encourages curiosity, presence, and creative expression, allowing your inner experience to take form in something tangible.

This is more than a workshop, it's an opportunity to reconnect with yourself through nature, animals, creativity, and community. No previous experience with horses or pottery is necessary—only a willingness to be present, explore, and create.

Come as you are. Leave with greater clarity, a handcrafted keepsake, and a renewed connection to yourself.
