Open concept sounds effortless… until everything starts to feel like one big undefined room.
Taking down a load-bearing wall is an involved process but what you do after is where the design really earns its keep.
In this space, the goal wasn’t just openness, it was intention.
This custom divider wall subtly defines the transition from the conversation area to the family room while still allowing natural light to flow freely between the spaces.
A well-designed space needs purpose, proportion, and a bit of strategy.
Warmth isn’t lost in open spaces… it’s designed into them.

The Living Room Bar at was one of my favourite spaces in this home. Designed for clients who love to entertain, it naturally evolved into a central hub perfect for gathering, conversation and a little bit of 'wow'.
Featuring striking Dekton counters paired with an antique glass backsplash, this space balances richness with warmth. The sunken living room is finished with a herringbone wood floor, thoughtfully illuminated to enhance both ambiance and function.
Every detail was considered with the clients lifestyle at the forefront. Because great design isn't just beautiful, it's meant to be lived in.
Still pinching myself— has landed on the cover of the Spring issue of OurHomes magazine.
Grateful for every talented hand that helped shape this project, and especially to our incredible clients for trusting us to bring their vision to life.
Thinking about a renovation? Let’s make it happen. Beautiful spaces don’t just appear—they’re thoughtfully planned.
