Have you ever danced the night away at at wedding or a night club and thought...? "Wow, that was a great, fun work-out and I wasnt even trying to exercise". That is what a Groove Method class is. This new trend in group fitness is both a dance class and a fitness class but at the same time is not your typical dance or fitness class. No dance experience is necessary, just a love of movin’ and groovin’ to fun music of all styles. My class is more like a facilitated dance party with a fitness structure. This dance class does not focus on technique or confusing choreography but instead on simple moves that everyBODY can be successful at and make their own. Just as though you are dancing at a wedding or dance club, I will give you the structure to connect to the music and
find your inner dancer with the wonderful side effects being an amazing workout and tons of fun.
