Due to Covid-19 our 5th Annual Tournaments have been postponed to sometime soon once the Pandemic over, Stay tuned

In 2013, we started *”Tamil Alumni Sports Club of Canada (TASCC)“* with the intention of promoting badminton among Tamil graduates living in Canada. The first tournament was held in Passmore Badminton, Scarborough with 25 participants.

Since our tournaments are unique in nature, lots of good players wanted to participate. As a result, we opened up the tournament to non-graduates too.

Majority of the players from Elson Club, Raindrop Foundation(Ottawa) and United Badmintin League(UBL) were participated our tournaments. We like to sincerely thank all the clubs and participants.

This year we decided to change the name as *”Tamil Canadian Badminton Strokers”* as the verbiage *”alumni”* gives wrong meaning. *”Tamil Canadian Badminton Strokers”* is not a badminton club but, we host tournaments and connect players from various clubs and groups.

We had only Men events in the past tournaments. This year we have included Women and Mixed events.
