MAPLE SQUASH + FETA & CRANBERRIES
I ALWAYS keep squash in my kitchen as a quick option for dinner! It keeps well and is delicious AF! So here’s my quick, easy and delicious recipe for acorn squash.
1. Pre-heat your oven to 360
2. Cut your squash in half and roast it! (spray with coconut oil and sprinkle a little coconut sugar on top).
3. Bake for 30 min or until a fork can easily slide in and out of the squash.
4. Let cool for 15 min.
5. Scoop it out and mash it up, this is the fun part, mix well!
5. Add 1 Tbsp of maple syrup and again, mix well.
6. Plate it! Top with feta and cranberries and enjoy!!
It’s SO good and packed with some amazing things such as: fiber, provitamin A, vitamin C, thiamine (vitamin B1), pyridoxine (vitamin B6), Folate (vitamin B9), iron, magnesium, potassium, and manganese!

FRIDAY NIGHT VIBES!
I’m not keto…
I’m not vegan…
although I eat lots of plants…
I’m not on a diet…
I’m not any of those things…
…but I AM about, DELICIOUSNESS, NUTRIENTS, and making VEGGIE PACKED BOMB meals! 🌱 💥
I still drink rye and gingers, I LOVE chocolate, and I enjoy mac “n” cheese. So, I’ve learnt how to incorporate them into my routine while still loosing weight + toning up and feeling BOMB!

ONE OF MY FAVOURITE FOOD TIPS!!!
• Swapping lower calorie, high nutrient dense foods (Aka veggies!!) for high calorie, low nutrient dense foods (aka Noodles).
For lasagna, I just slice Zucchini (with a potato peeler) to get thin veggie noodles, and use those instead of pasta noodles! It practically tastes the same! ❤️
This one’s one of my favs!

So if you’ve had all your yellows, aka carbohydrates, for the day, but still want pasta, this is WHATS UPPP!!! 🥰🙌

Onion Olive Bread 🍞
Recipe 👇
• 5 oz water
• 3 oz milk
• 1 cup flour
• 1 cup whole wheat flour
• 1 1/2 Tbsp sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 3/4 tsp thyme
• 200 ML chopped sliced black olives
• 1/4 cup chopped onion
• 2Tbsp yeast
*Its important to put the ingredients IN ORDER in your bread maker.
I then set it to a basic mode with medium crust & 3 hours later, BOOM! Warm delicious bread!
