The end has officially come for the TBHL. What a fantastic 14 year run we had and we want to truly thank each and every player and team that we’ve had join us on this journey from the very beginning. We’ve had some fantastic games, epic playoff runs and many great rivalries along the way.
The league was started in a tiny school gymnasium which had four teams playing each other using giant indoor soccer nets and as time went on the league continued to grow and expand.
We’ve had a tonne of fun along the way, met a lot of new people and made a lot of truly great friends. The longer we ran the league, the more and more enjoyable it became. The TBHL became a tight knit community and often time players from different teams would congregate before and after games just to chat. Rivalries turned to friendships and in the end the league became better for it.
With all this uncertainty in the world right now we felt it was time to fade away into the sunset.
Thank you again to all of you who were part of this journey!
Toronto Ball Hockey League
The TBHL prides itself on delivering a fast paced, exciting and competitive league for a great price!
The City of Toronto is closing all of its recreational centres until further notice due to the COVID-19 virus.
As a result, all TBHL games will be postponed. We will continue the season once the city deems it safe and the facility reopens.
We will simply continue the season at that point. The season will still run for its regular length of time (14 games) so no actual game time will be missed.
We will provide a further update once we get more information.

Mob vs Monsters crazy finish.
Last night we had our 2019 Summer/Fall Finals. It was an amazing series. The Mob took game 1. The Monsters came from behind to take game 2 and force OT. OT solved nothing and we went to a Shootout. The Mob won 1-0 in the shootout to dethrone our defending three times champions. Congratulations to the Monsters who gave everything they had. Congratulations to The Mob our new Champions. Check out the highlights in this video.
Looking to join the league? We've got a few individual spots still open. Our next season starts this Sunday, November 24th. Send us a message if you're looking to join or have any questions!
