NO CHIT CHAT
A Metafit workout should be intense enough that you cannot chit chat during, it's truly is an individual workout. Maximum intensity, this level is depends on your fitness level, but keep pushing harder until you reach your edge!
DON'T DO IT EVERYDAY
Like any exercise, it is imperative to give the body time to recover. We recommend that you only do Metafit three times a week. Between those days you can rest, or focus on strength. Strength is a great way to build lean muscle and reduce injury.
TECHNIQUE COMES FIRST
To maximise the benefits of any exercise and avoid injury, it is critical that you continuously work on form. Listen and watch your Metafit coach carefully, regress if technique suffering due to fatigue.
NO BACK TO BACKS
Metafit is a HIIT workout not endurance intervals. If you can do back to back classes, you simply haven't worked hard enough. Remember the magic of metafit is in the intensity. Work as hard as you can and you'll reap the benefits.
