Your core doesn’t stop mattering because you’re pregnant ‼️
It just needs a different approach. We need to train SMARTER!
During pregnancy, the goal shifts from chasing a sixpack to building strength, stability, and coordination that supports your growing bump, helps manage pressure through your abdomen and pelvic floor, and prepares you for birth and postpartum recovery.
That’s exactly what this workout is designed to do 🤍 Save this for your next core session, or join me real time in my latest prenatal core session on YouTube: MadFit 💪🏼

hint: it’s not just for aesthetics! 😉
One of the best muscles you can keep strong during pregnancy is your glutes! 🍑 They play an important role in supporting your hips & pelvis, improving stability, & helping you move more efficiently as your body changes!
That’s why I created this 30 min pure glute strength session, now live exclusively inside 📲

4 things I focused on in my first trimester workouts 🤰🏼->
Pregnancy is the time to train SMARTER vs. HARDER. I really focused on building awareness of my core system and how it works with my breath ASAP. Building this foundation early has really supported me as my body continues to change!
Your breathing mechanics naturally change as your baby continues to grow and take up space! This is why practicing 360 breathing early can be so beneficial. This helps to improve core function, encourage ribcage mobility, and build awareness that will carry over into exercise AND everyday life!
One of the biggest mindset shifts I made was matching the workout to how I’m feeling that day. Some days meant lifting heavier or moving faster, while other days in meant choosing lower impact exercises that still challenged me without draining my energy.
Research consistently shows that regular physical activity during pregnancy is associated with better health outcomes for both mom & baby! That doesn’t mean every workout has to be intense. The first trimester is HARD! But showing up consistently (even for a very low effort 10 minutes) actually made me feel so much better!
