Join director Katherine Knight in Vancouver, at the VIFF Centre Theatres for upcoming screenings of the award-winning documentaries STILL MAX (2021) and Spring & Arnaud (2013). These intimate portrait films take you into the studios and creative processes of three of Canada’s best-known artists. STILL MAX, follows multidisciplinary artist Max Dean as he confronts a diagnosis of prostate cancer in the only way he knows how- through art. Spring & Arnaud, explores art, love and mortality in the creative lives of Spring Hurlbut and Arnaud Maggs.
