Number 3. โInclineโ and โDeclineโ Double Ball Pushups ๐๐ช

With shoulder glides, butter churns and mountain climbers... haha
Again more of a joke challenge but the stability ball is a great way to increase instability for core exercises ๐ช๐ try one ball first ๐

Any weights you have will do/you can always make these lighter or heavier depending on your equipment available/your fitness level
Iโm using one or two 10lb dumbbells for all of these examples but you can use other weights, a backpack filled up, a grocery bag filled up, laundry detergent bottles etc... get creative!
