Walnut Oatmeal Protein Muffins 👌🏻 Don't even get me started on how DELICIOUS these bad boys turned out.

1.5 cups Oatmeal Muffin Mix (bulk barn)
3 Scoops Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
1 cup Chopped Walnuts
1/4 cup Coconut Oil
1 Ripe Banana
1 Full Egg
3 Egg Whites
One bowl... One Love... Get mixing
Preheat 375°C
Pop these little dudes in for 15-20 min

WHAT AN AMAZING MONTH. WELCOMING THE NEW NOVEMBER CLIENTS !!
1: Jane started mid month already down 8 pounds. She's on top of her meal plan. Killing 3 days of training a week.
2: Got a long time friend Steve started up with 3x a week for 3 months training. He's already shredding body fat and building muscle. Pushing him self beyond his "every day ordinary workouts"
3: Group training Liz and Angela. 2 best friends working together training side by side. Accountable for one another, the nutrition plan a Fitness Competition down the road.
I'm always Rooting for Success and want to push, motivate, assist, conquer, strive, and ambitiously help you get to your fitness goal.

Wide Lat Pull Down has given Liz Nagle awesome results. Targeting the whole back she pulls down quick and releases up slowly. Tempo is 2-0-4-0. One of my A clients. Liz is really stepping up her training. A dedicated shift worker she makes her 2x a week training sessions. She is accountable for her cardiovascular training. That's why she has results. AMAZING JOB LIZ ☺️💪👊
