Getting her leg game back.

After multiple injuries and issues with her knees and back due to her job, is slowly getting back to a heavier weight along with adding lunges, extensions and squats back into the rotation.

It's definitely been a process but it's really about the journey for her and is here for it.

Check out this banana post workout smoothie!

Ingredients
1 scoop whey protein powder (1 oz/28 g)
3 tbsp natural peanut butter
1 small banana
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 cups skim or almond milk
1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
Blitz ingredients in a blender or food processor, or with a hand blender, until smooth

Recipe Notes (serves 4)
Per Serving: 233 calories, 22 g carbs, 2 g fat, 18 g protein, 3 g fibre, 135 mg sodium
