Emphasizing clean, plant-based nutrition, these products are designed to help you feel fit and energize your active lifestyle. This all-encompassing nutrition system considers the individual as a whole—going beyond just a number on the scale. This way, you can reach your fitness goals while seeing progress throughout your journey.

Intermittent fasting (IF) for 16 hours, often referred to as the 16/8 method, involves fasting for 16 hours and eating during an 8-hour window. Here are some research supported health benefits:

1. Weight Loss and Fat Loss: By reducing the eating window, intermittent fasting can help decrease overall calorie intake, which can lead to weight loss. It also promotes fat burning by lowering insulin levels and increasing growth hormone levels.

2. Improved Metabolic Health: Fasting can improve insulin sensitivity, which helps in better blood sugar control. This can be particularly beneficial for individuals with type 2 diabetes or those at risk of developing it.

3. Cellular Repair and Autophagy: Fasting triggers autophagy, a cellular repair process where cells remove damaged components and recycle them. This can contribute to better overall health and longevity.

4. Reduced Inflammation: Intermittent fasting has been shown to reduce inflammation and oxidative stress in the body, which are linked to numerous chronic diseases.

5. Improved Heart Health: Fasting can improve various risk factors for heart disease, including blood pressure, cholesterol levels, and triglycerides.

6. Enhanced Brain Function: Fasting may enhance brain health by promoting the production of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and reducing the risk of neurodegenerative diseases.

7. Hormonal Benefits: Fasting helps regulate various hormones that are important for health, such as insulin, leptin, and growth hormone.

Overall, intermittent fasting for 16 hours can contribute to weight management, improved metabolic and heart health, reduced inflammation, enhanced brain function, and simplified dietary routines.

A reminder to all of our customers - kids under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a guardian to purchase a variety of energy drinks at our business.

This is a policy we’ve had in place for several years now & we will continue to keep this policy as new drinks hit the market; no matter how popular they get.

We encourage all of our customers, young our old, to stay informed on what you are consuming. We do not have this policy in place to be hard to get along with, as business owners your wellbeing is our number one concern.

We hope everybody has a safe & happy Thanksgiving weekend. 🙂

Love caffeine but need a healthy alternative? Try fizz.
From my personal experience it has been a great healthy swap. Energy drinks make me break out, they (same with coffee and other caffeine sources) are bad for your gut which is bad for your health and skin. A lot of our health issues, start at the gut.
