The sky's the limit if you jump high enough ⚡️ Here are a couple tips to help with that.

1. USE YOUR UPPER BODY. Generate upward force by using an arm swing just before you jump.

2. FOCUS ON THE PENULTIMATE STEP. Load energy into your legs by making the second last step before you jump a big one. The stored up force when you hit the ground and JUMP will take you to new heights.
