Received these awesome basketballs from the girls. Look great on display next to the ring. 😁

Dr. Lee has been treating our players for years. We have had players go to other therapists, and their return was slow. They go to Dr. Lee and back on the court within a couple of weeks on average. Everything from a small sprain to a tear. We have yet to recommend Dr. Lee to anyone who has not found the same results. Thank you, Dr. Lee for coming out to support our Championship run. He even treated our girls between games in the stands, just cause he wanted to see the girls get that ring.

All U16s & U17s winning the U19 Division. Started rhe season 0 - 2 and in last place. Went 14 - 1 after that.
Lost the first game against Milton by 8. 2nd by 3 and then win by 14.

We get better with time.This is what we do. We figure teams out. Brains over brawn.

Can you tell I'm jacked for this weekend? Sienna and Danielle have not hit the court together all season. It's been a rotating door of girls in and out. Coming together at the right time.

The Rumble for the Ring this weekend. I have 56 medals from coaching over the last 10 years, and the only one missing is a provincial level championship... and this one is a ring. The girls earned a first round bye, so we wait for our opponent. Semis and finals on Sunday.

Congratulations .antonroy !So proud of all your hard work paying off. It has been such a pleasure watching Sisi and Rosh playing together at J.Addison the last couple of years. I updated her All-Time Greatest post.

Congratulations .hooo !We are all so proud of you. A great leader on and off the court. A thank you to the coaches for recognizing V. Unfortunately, she was injured for our playoffs and battled through injuries all season, yet was still able to perform at an elite level.

Congratulations to our girls who finished the G-Elite season on the league leaderboards! Your value to your team is reflected in your individual accomplishments. Thank you for your play this season.

Game 4. Finished the weekend 3-1, and I believe securing 2nd. Started rhe season 0-2 in last place, finished 10-3 in 2nd.👊🏼

Another big win this morning. 👊🏼

Big win. Big statement. Tecumseh had never scored less than 60 points and had twice scored over 100. Defense wins.

Was down 42 - 25 at half. Tough one offensively, but we battled and had two chances to tie at the end. 🤬

By chance, the top 4 teams end up playing each other in the final weekend. Milton (9-0) Tecumseh (8-1), IEM (7-2), ONL-X (5-4), Nepean (5-4), Peterborough (5-4).
