When I got into health and fitness as a personal trainer I soon realized it was more than just exercise, it’s about the lifestyle. The lifestyle is about the mental , physical and spiritual work. It can be so beautiful to take some time to dress up and enjoy an evening out. Aging well and strong, the works never done.

The Power of consistency: Healthy Living is not a part-time gig.
Create a schedule to workout 3 to 4 days per week. This process can seem boring, however what you miss is the power and results that can come from being consistent.
