Happy April ☔️ here are 5 books I want to read this month!

I loved the celestial vibes of heavenly bodies and am so excited to see Elara in this new age.

I wasn’t sure if I would go back to the Boys of Tommen but there is just something about Joey that has been calling me back. Apparently I need more pain in my reads.

I am doing a Buddy Read with my cousin and sister, trying a contemporary romance by Rebecca Yarros. I am a huge fourth wing fan so I figured I owed it to the author to read one of her other books that is kind of what she’s known for.

The dark college romance has been hitting just right these days so I’m going back to the LORDS series.

And finally, I am a huge Greek mythology fan and I’ve only heard great things about Circe. So mother, if you see this, please prepare to lend me that book 🫶🏼

On March 1st, I finished reading Alchemised by SenLinYu and I had been ruined ever since. This 5 star ⭐️ read was exceptional in every way and I’ll forever be changed by the story of Helena and Kaine. It was beautiful, heartbreaking, gut-wrenching. This is a huge world, with politics and war and some really hard topics to work through and it’s handled with the utmost care. Not easy to do, not easy to read, but damn worth the time.

House of Flame and Shadow ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The Crescent City series has been such a delight to read, and as we patiently await for ACOTAR 5, the ending of this story has only made me more excited to go back to Prythian 🖤

People We Meet on Vacation 🥹 I loved this book more than I anticipated, and I’m so happy I got to read it before I sit down and watch the movie. I can totally see the casting based on the book and Tom and Emily appear to be the perfect Alex + Poppy 😍

This story was filled with such sweet, simple romantic moments that had such big impact as the story progressed. Definitely a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ read for me. I can’t even pick one scene as my standout fave because there were so many little things that just made me happy. This was also my first Emily Henry book and it’s only made me more excited to read her other works.
