Sessions will be limited as I have my Nutrition Practice and clients to attend to. Sessions will be offered in Trenton.

BOOTCAMP CLASSES...

I am new to the area, we moved here a year and a half ago. Prior to moving to Castleton, I ran Bootcamps in Durham Region for 12 years.

I know there isn't much in our area when it comes to gyms, classes, etc.

Would you be interested in doing a Bootcamp?

If I can get enough people interested, I will run some outdoor Bootcamp classes. They would be 2 days per week, either a Mon and Wed or Tues and Thurs depending on what works for the majority. The same goes for the time, more than likely would be 5 or 6pm. Mornings are also an option depending on the interest.

Classes are for all fitness levels as I always give options and modifications.

The cost would be $135 for a 4-week round of classes 2x per week.
