This is so unfortunate as the Spin Studio was following all the safety protocols including removing bikes and leaving 6 ft between remaining ones.
I used to go to spin classes pre-covid, but I remember the heavy breathing and sweat in an enclosed space. I've since purchased an bike for my basement as I didn't feel safe returning to the gym.
I encourage you all to keep exercising as safely as possible.

Are any of you back to a gym where they require you to wear face masks? I can't vouch for any of these, and honestly know it is challenging to exercise with a mask, but this maybe of some help if you are looking. Thanks for sharing Pat!
Personally, I'm sticking to outside hikes, hills for now and am fortunate to have a gym set up in my basement for weight training. We will look at purchasing a treadmill for the winter. Weight bearing exercise like walking is important for your bones too as we lose bone density as we get older especially after menopause.

Our gyms closed and we were told to stay at home. However, now that the warmer weather is here, I hope you are venturing out and going for nice, long walks!
