# # Photography Session Packages & Rates

# # 1. Base Package (Scenery Only)

* Rate: $50 / hour
* Minimum: 2-hour minimum booking required
* Includes: Full access to open fields, the vintage truck, and the scenic barn exterior.
* Note: Horses will remain in their regular pastures/paddocks and cannot be handled or approached closely.

# # 2. The "Horse Close-Up" Add-On

* Rate: Base Package Fee + $80 / hour per horse
* Minimum: No minimum hour requirement for this add-on
* Includes: Dedicated interaction with a horse, allowing models to hold the lead rope or pose directly alongside the animal.
* Safety Rule: For the safety of our animals and guests, sitting on or riding the horses is strictly prohibited.

# # Weather & Rain Date Policy

* Inclement Weather: Since our venue is entirely outdoors, safety and comfort are our top priorities. In the event of forecasted rain or severe weather, we will coordinate with you at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled start time to make a final call.
* Rescheduling: If the session is called off due to weather, you will receive a priority "Rain Check" to reschedule your session to the next available mutually agreeable date at no additional cost.
* Cancellations: If a suitable rain date cannot be found due to weather disruption, your payment will be fully refunded or credited toward a future booking.
