Great for beginners or fitness enthusiasts who are interested in learning more about this style of training. Picture yourself pushing sleds, running, rowing, and sandbag lunges—all set to see progress weekly. Whether you’re just starting out or you’re a seasoned athlete, each movement—from sled pulls to rowing—can be scaled to fit you.
