A month of challenges, here’s few minutes that brought JOY…..
In 2017 I left nursing to pursue my passion for fitness and became a professional fitness Trainer. I’ve been nominated for Canada Top Instructors 3 X. After so many people called me crazy for leaving the medical industry this validation taste yummy, again 🙏

🫶 leaving my old gym, ( I miss you clients) moving to a new neighbourhood, building a new community has been humbling and fulfilling. New beginnings arrived and I’m so grateful for everyone who shows up for themselves.

After healing my own negative body image, overcoming restrictive eating, and helping hundreds of women find food freedom while sculpting their best bodies, I’m here to show you that eating less and doing more is not the answer.
I joke that I kicked binge eating and restricting to the curb, but honestly, it took years and daily effort to heal those old patterns until 👇🏼
❤️🔥I want to show you that your dream life, aka-feeling at home in your skin, wearing whatever you want, feeling on fire, traveling without worrying about losing progress, ending the cycle of starting and quitting exercise, and breaking up with all-or-nothing mindset is POSSIBLE.
From a burnt-out new mom, restricting everything and not living, to becoming a published fitness model, and online coach. I’m living proof that it’s not just a dream✨ it’s possible.
All because I decided I was DONE feeling overwhelmed in my fitness journey.
Even after investing over $10k in top coaches, trying to freeze fat off my legs, and eating 500 calories a day, nothing worked until I created my method: The Fit Forever Blueprint.
📝And now, this is the same method I’ve used to help over 130 + women transform their bodies.

At the beginning of my fitness journey, I thought I had it all figured out:
💪🏼 Worked out 5x a week
☀️followed all the “healthy” diets
But...
❌ I tried keto, paleo, vegan, and even, carnivore
❌ I hated my legs so much, I tried to freeze fat
❌ I worked with a coach on a super restrictive keto plan and ended up binge eating.
I was stuck in this loop—training harder, restricting, bingeing, and starting from scratch every few weeks.
And after kids, the pressure was even heavier.
I just wanted to feel and look my best. I was working with top industry coaches, nutritionists, and training hard, but still questioning everything I ate, and not losing weight.
I invested over 10K into my own education, transformed my life, and now share those tools with the fit girl community I’ve grown to 260 members 🫶👇🏼
✨ I wanted to eat a meal without constantly stressing about “what’s the best thing to eat?”
✨ I wanted to enjoy vacations and date nights without freaking out that I’d lose all my progress.
✨ I wanted weight loss to feel EASY.
✨ I wanted to wear the clothes I actually liked and feel GOOD in them.
✨ I wanted to go through just one day being proud of the woman I saw in the mirror.
I wasted years in this struggle. I could’ve saved myself so much time and frustration if I’d known that the real game-changer wasn’t about eating less and training more, but about matching my workouts with the right nutrition.
