I’m regularly asked if I miss competing, and why I don’t go back…
As much as I loved moments like these, I got what I needed from competing at the elite level the has to offer.
But for me, I realized that it was just a stepping stone in life, not necessarily the highlight of it.
I do however enjoy sharing my experience/expertise with current/future bodybuilding athletes to help them achieve their dreams.♥️🥰
