Dexter Bligh named fulltime assistant swim coach, Brian Palaschuk returns to staff - Simon Fraser University Athletics BURNABY, B.C. – Dexter Bligh has been named fulltime assistant coach with the men's and women's swim program and Brian Palaschuk is returning to the coaching staff in a part-time capacity, head coach Demone Tissira announced today.

Please welcome Dr. Alex Schultze into the role of Provincial Performance Pathway Coach with Swim Sask.
Alex is NCCP Senior Coach Certified and has recently completed the Advanced Coaching Diploma (ACD).
Alex studied Pure Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of Calgary. He then moved on to the Canadian Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine where he graduated as an acupuncturist and Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
The position of Provincial Performance Pathway Coach is responsible for the design, development, and leadership of provincial performance programs to assist club coaches advance the performances of Saskatchewan swimmers. Alex will lead Swim Sask Technical operations through a program review and assessment. Key activities include development of the program activities for the High-performance Development Program including but no limited to camps, tour teams, coach education opportunities and Canada Games.
Being originally from Regina, Alex and his family are looking forward to making Regina home again.
