The look of victory.
I’m incredibly proud of my daughter for running the 42.2 km marathon this morning.
It takes willingness, persistence, hard work, and commitment.
But more than that—it takes heart to keep going, even when it gets hard.
Not just a finish line…
but a reflection of who you’ve become along the way.
Already won.

The end of the month isn’t just for deadlines — it’s for reflection.
Many professionals move from one task to the next without pausing to notice their progress. But taking a moment to look back helps you build confidence, clarity, and momentum.
Ask yourself:
What did I accomplish this month?
What surprised me?
How did I grow?
Even small wins matter more than we think.

Life doesn’t slow down for us.
Cities don’t get quieter.
Work doesn’t pause on its own.
But presence is always a choice.
In the rush of busy streets, sacred spaces, and small tender moments, I practiced staying with what was in front of me — not rushing past it.
This is what composure looks like.
Even when life is full.
✨Follow for grounded leadership and real-life calm — not chasing perfection.
Celebrate the small wins.
They’re easy to overlook — but they’re what keep us grounded, motivated, and moving forward.
This simple reminder has helped me shift out of overwhelm and notice progress without pressure.

Find your flow. Find your freedom.
Work–life balance doesn’t come from doing more.
It comes from noticing what you’ve already done.
One simple habit that changed everything for me was tracking monthly highlights — big or small — so progress doesn’t get overlooked and burnout doesn’t creep in.

Seeing that it’s the last week of the year, I’ve been spending some time in reflection. Looking back on 2025, it was a year filled with love, deep reflection, continuous learning, fun exploration, and meaningful new connections and reconnections.
I feel deeply grateful and truly blessed for everything 2025 has brought. There was never a dull moment – and with all the opportunities that showed up in my life, I still made space to rest, play, learn, and do fulfilling work.
As I head into 2026, I’m continuing to focus on what I love: coaching and writing. With my first book being published in 2026, much of my time ahead will be devoted to writing and creating from the heart.
One of the highlights I wanted to share was a beautiful surprise – a gift that took place in August from my dearest best friend. About two weeks before my visit, she asked me to reserve the day for her. For days, I had been thinking and planning how I could visit this sacred place – little did I know, she already had everything arranged.
It was the Tsz Shan Monastery in Tai Po, Hong Kong. My heart felt full the moment I stepped foot inside. Sitting atop a mountain overlooking both the ocean and the city, the monastery’s architecture and surroundings are simply breathtaking. There is a grounded calmness here – a deep sense of peace radiating from every angle. Even in the 33°C heat, I could feel a gentle breeze brushing against my face as I walked from building to building.
My favourite moment was the mindful water-offering practice. I gently placed purified water into a small bowl and slowly walked down the Compassion Path towards the statue of Guanyin, the Bodhisattva of Compassion and Mercy. With each step, I reflected – releasing what no longer served me and welcoming acceptance in its place. Every step forward felt committed, purposeful, and intentional.
As I approached the great bronze bowl known as the Thousand Wishes Pond, I paused for a moment of gratitude meditation before pouring the water in. I felt lighter – as if the act of letting go had cleansed me – and with that lightness came clarity. My heart was filled with joy.
Thank you for being here. 🙏
Happy New Year to all 🤍
