Baselines are what your body returns to.
In dance, raising your baseline isn’t about doing more 💃🤍
It’s about changing your default:
🌿 taking a few minutes a day to practice
🎶 listening to the music of the dance you’re learning
💬 noticing how you speak to yourself when you make a mistake
This is what I see shift dancers the most in private lessons 💫
When we stop chasing big breakthroughs
and start building steadiness, confidence lasts.

and more committed to helping dancers build baselines that feel supportive ✨

Some of you know me as a dance instructor, teaching salsa, tango, and bachata for over 25 years 💃
Many of you may have seen me on stage or facilitating workshops, retreats, and met me at networking events across the U.S. and Canada 🇨🇦🇺🇸.
But at my core, I’m a mom-preneur 💪👩👧👦, excited to teach everyone the POWER of CONNECTION to elevate your business, relationships, and whole life 🔥💼❤️. It’s about connecting with yourself, with others, and with the world 🌍.
I’m passionate about living a life where you don’t have to sacrifice one thing for another 🎢—where you can succeed and still feel connected, have fun, and thrive 🌈. Sure, I like being a best-selling author, speaking on TEDx stages, and appearing in magazines 📖🎙️, but at the heart of it, I LOVE that I’m here to help people connect 🤝.
Connection is the answer to so much of what the world needs. It’s how we feel we belong, it’s the core human need we all crave 🤲, and it’s the highway to our dreams 🛣️💭, allowing us to go from just growing to truly contributing to others’ lives, which, I believe, leads to ultimate success.
Yes, I want to leave a legacy 🌟, create impactful courses, and share what I know with the world 🌍—but not at the cost of my health or my relationships ❤️. When I see people connect, leverage, and contribute, that’s when they’re accomplishing incredible things.
I believe it’s my mission to eliminate the loneliness, fear, and anxiety people feel around connecting with others, and to show them the courage it takes, the confidence it builds, and the charisma it reveals within them 💥💫. Balancing being a mom, running a couple of businesses, nurturing a great romantic relationship, and still having time to build connections, friendships, and a thriving social and business network comes from embodying the principles I teach around connection, moment by moment. 🌱
I believe we are conscious-beings-with-choice 🙌, and at any moment, you can make a new choice about how to show up. Minute by minute, you can create an entirely new life with these choices 🔄.
I choose to show up with intention, knowing that each small choice shapes the life I’m creating. As conscious-beings-with-choice, we hold the power to make new decisions at any moment, and it’s these choices that allow us to build a truly connected and fulfilling life. 🌟
Truth is, inside, I’m still that shy girl who didn’t want to be on camera 📹, who didn’t even correct people when they said my name wrong. But I learned to choose courage, and it’s changed my life 🌱💪.
The takeaway for anybody who meets me is that they see that I genuinely care, and I’m right there with you on the journey, growing and reaching for the next level 🚀. I choose connection over perfection, and together, we can go farther 💥.
