I gave myself permission to pause. 🌙 To release the tension. To stop contributing to the chaos and instead return to my own center through a sound bath hosted by my friend

Ayer me llego este mensaje: "Donde pones tu atención, ahí esta tu vibración" y justamente después de que estaba pensando en que necesito enraizarme para estar más presente en el ahora y en eso caminando en una colina meto el pie en un agujero y me doblo el tobillo, este Universo me invita a reflexionar en lo que pienso y como estoy manifestando.
