For AIA Mexico's Director, Saul Andrade, it's an easy decision on what he's excited for in the next AIA Women's Soccer Tour to Panama and Mexico.
"I want to see lives changed both within our AIA team and outside of it. For our team, I want to see them take new steps that challenge their obedience and walk in Christ. And for those outside of our team, I want to see them come to know and understand the salvation offered to those who don't know Christ as their Saviour and to strengthen the ministry of AIA Mexico."

"AIA Eastern Retreat is a place to meet new friends, a place to reunite with old ones, a place where you can compete alongside other athletes, a place where wounds can be healed, and a place where you can ultimately meet the Person who can give you true freedom. If you're wondering if you should go, stop wondering and just go! I was hesitant my first time, but came away with a heart full of joy!" - Grady Fleming, University of Toronto.
Early bird registration is now open for Eastern, Prairies, and West Coast retreats! Visit www.athletesinaction.ca to register.

"Some days it's hard to get out of bed. Mental health can hit you hard and unexpectedly. You may not be able to prevent it and know that it's okay. If you're struggling with something, if your mind won't shut off... Don't be afraid to take a step back, even if it's just for a moment. Take time to find some peach and rest. Nothing is worth risking your mental health.
For me, nature helps. The ocean, the sun setting... it reminds me that regardless of the things I overthink and the aspects I can't control, there's a bigger picture that we're all apart of.
It's hard to talk about but we weren't made to go through life alone. There's a community around you when you're ready. " - Rachel Leck
