You won’t want to miss out on this collaboration hosted by Shana Alexander on Saturday, December 2nd, from 2-4pm! 

Natasha Lowe will lead you through a Cycle Class and it will be followed by a Perimenopause 101 Session led by physician and certified life coach, Mikel Segal. The discussion will cover the impact of hormonal changes in midlife for women and what you can do about it!

Bootcamp To Benefit has been around since March 2009! Connecting through movement and conversation, collectively (after this event!) they will be hitting the $100k Milestone of donations to over 44 charities!

The 10/30 Holiday Kickoff Movement Challenge!

The holidays are near and we want to prioritize taking care of YOU through movement.💪🏼🧘🏼‍♀️

When you include lower intensity movement into your routine, it will help you balance your workouts, build strength, and mobility, to keep your nervous system in check!

This challenge begins on November 20th and will run for 30 days. When you stack movement classes with your cycle practice, it will optimize your valuable time when you’re at the studio!

Let’s learn about the pass:

If you’re not currently on a month-to-month pass, you can purchase this Movement Pass for $150! You will receive 10 movement classes to be completed in the 30 days. If you’re a current member, check the Community Board in Momence, or ask our team how to upgrade your pass 🙌🏻 (link in bio for purchase)

Once you’re signed up, make sure to put your name on our challenge board in-studio!

This is Jen!

Jen’s started out at as a client in 2018 and quickly fell in love with cycle and the community at Cadence. Our team fell in love with her smile, contagious sense of humour & energy, and invited her to join our teaching team in 2019. With an extensive background in dance, intuitive connection to movement and passion for fitness, her classes are journey through rhythm, music and inspiration.

She is also the voice of our studio. Sharing our stories through her creativity and love for video, photography and writing. Her sense of humour always shows up in a punny way.

When she’s not on the bike, or at the studio, you can find her taking an ocean dip (no matter the season), creating videos and content for other brands, and enjoying all of the amazing plant based foods local Vancouver restaurants have to offer.

She’s one of our favourite taste testers for our cafe’s new menu items and specials. One of her favourite ways to refuel post workout is our Chickpea Tuna toast.

we adore you! Thank you for pouring your heart and soul into everything we do, and for helping to make Cadence the special place it is for so many.

This is Tash 💫

She is a fearless leader, friend, mother, partner, neighbour, and owner of Cadence. There’s nothing she can’t do!

Over the last 12 years, Na(tash)a has poured her heart, soul, and time into making Cadence the place that it is today. As an experienced athelte and the original employee of the studio, to becoming the owner in 2016, she believes that fitness goes beyond the workout!

Her vision and passion for what she does on and off the bike, is something to admire. Her perseverance and commitment to fitness and community, is to be reckoned with. If you know her, you know she puts everyone else first. She deserves recognition for her grit and determination for overcoming all of the challenges of keeping a small business operaing amongst a pandemic, while simultaneously showing up for everyone around her.

The Cadence Cafe has been a passion and dream of hers for years and to see it come to life and to watch her flourish in the process, is truly rewarding for not only her, but for those close to her. She loves nothing more than supporting other local businesses and she's a wizard in the kitchen cooking up plantbased foods. She’s really doing it all and we love to see it!

She’s one of a kind and we kind of love her (a lot!)

As the newest member to our team, she has been an incredible addition to the studio! She quickly stepped into the position of Studio Manager and she has been a big part of getting up and running!

She is originally from Northwestern Ontario but she has made Vancouver home for her and her two cats, Luna and Bill! 🐈🐈‍⬛ She has an extensive background in customer service, so we know you’ll be well taken care of when you visit the studio!

This is Zoe! ☺️

With an extensive background in teaching movement, Zoe has evolved as an instructor over her years at Cadence and she is a valued member of our team!

She loves waking up early to come lead those 6:00am rides, and always making time in her busy schedule to ride or move beside our community. She teaches Grade 3 inbetween her time at the studio and she is even heading to UBC to do her Masters in the Fall!

She works hard at everything she does - her passion to empower everyone in her classes to listen to their bodies and mindfully move, is extremely admirable.

Make sure to check out one of her classes over the next few weeks or cheers her with her favourite Blended For You smoothie, The Nutty Athlete, when you catch her in the studio.
