I help moms who are struggling with communicating effectively with their teenage daughters to learn valuable strategies to transform their relationships, and go from constant conflict to genuine connection.

I’m a mom to two awesome, intense, and feisty teen girls myself, and I have tried every strategy in the book. It hasn’t always been easy — or enjoyable! — but I am happy to say that we have respect, connection and ease in our relationship.
I’m a therapist by training, and have helped hundreds of teens, moms, and families who are struggling in a vortex of reactivity and disconnection. I’ve taken my best insights and discoveries and have turned them into my signature program: Mother Daughter Relationship Reset, in which I offer education, coaching support, and fantastic, targeted resources to help moms like you transform one of the most important relationships of their lives.
