EXERCISE BENEFITS FOR STUDENTS
We all know that there are many benefits to be had from getting active and exercising. But it is especially important right now for young students. And the benefits aren’t only physical - they also help build social skills, manage behavioural issues, as well as improving cognition!
At PASS we have a huge opportunity to help to develop these aspects in young students so that they’re able to flourish and grow into healthy, active and compassionate young adults 💪

First day of High School program at Burnaby Lake
PASS Soccer High School program will begin on Monday 12th September. We're looking forward to the first session with our new & returning students!
