Welcome 2024 with an invigorating yoga and dance gathering on Zoom, January 1st at 12pm PST!
We will warm up with a playful yoga sequence, flowing into an intuitive movement exploration, and culminating in a dance party!

Happy International Yoga Day! I have been practicing yoga for about 11 years and it has been so beneficial for my well being. Yoga has taught me physical and mental discipline, body awareness, grounding techniques, and moral principals which guide me in relationships. It's unfortunate that capitalism sells a white-washed version of yoga which is all about aesthetic poses and fancy leggings. When I practice yoga I see myself in the truest form. Yoga allows me to see my deepest values and empowers me act in alignment with those values. I am so grateful for my many teachers and especially for my inner teacher. Yoga is not everyone's cup of tea, but if you feel called to practice there is no pre-requisite of flexibility, age, gender, or ability.🙏
