🔵Work hard in the weight room, sometimes to failure.
🔵Be consistent, but take time off if you want.
Commit to your diet over 85% in a week if you are overweight.
🔵Enjoy on food you like more often if you already have fit body(if you want)
🔵Do not train if you don't feel like doing it on the programmed sequence, just make sure it won't become a habit.
