Online Personal Training for Expecting and New Mothers

Looking for test mamas!

Are you:
✨At least 6 weeks postpartum?
✨Looking to recover your core function after having your baby?
✨Worried about diastasis, stress incontinence or lingering pain?
✨Hoping to ease back into exercise in a safe and effective way?

Then I'm looking for you! Headstrong is hoping to deliver the Core Recovery Program to a group of test mamas completely free of charge - all I ask in return is that you give it a good effort and pass your feedback on to me in the end!

This will be 12 weeks of core recovery programming including breathing, mobility and workouts, all specially tailored to postpartum folks!

Headstrong programs are delivered at your own pace and fully online!

Learn important skills for core recovery and take it one step at a time. You choose your schedule so there is no stress about missing a workout when you have a new baby!

Each Step of the program lasts 4 weeks and you will progress through e steps for your core recovery.

With this ever-evolving pandemic situation the fitness world has had some really tough times and looks to have some tough times ahead.

Luckily, one-on-one training has not been effected by the most recent regulation changes. The space I train clients out of has an excellent COVID safety plan, involving booking particular spots of the gym for your client session, and strict limits to the amount of people in at a time. There is also only trainers and clients, no members wandering around.

If you are struggling to find your outlet for fitness I am currently available to take on one-on-one and dual sessions! Hit me up if you are interested and we can do a free assessment and goal setting session! Online programs are also available for in-home or in-gym training that I guided by me, but executed by you!

Have you or someone you know given birth recently?

Pregnancy and birth are extremely taxing on the body and long-term stability and incontinence issues can effect many of the daily tasks you never thought about before having a baby.
It can be hard to know where to start with core recovery. That's where I come in!

I am looking for 5 women who have given birth in the last 6 months who want to improve core function, repair muscles affected by birth and gain back function in their pelvic floor to try my core recovery program FOR FREE for one month. All I am asking for in return is your participation and feedback!

Happy October!!

I started over quarantine to help me keep my sanity and this is now my 5th month title page! Its amazing for keeping me organised and getting a little creative with the doodling 😉

Got adjusted by the amazing Chiropractor so this week I'm focusing on gentler movements and exploring the new space I have through my pelvis.

Lovely little morning stretch today in my personal rainforest!

Was feeling pretty tired and stiff from a great week of workouts, bike rides and hikes so I took a little time for recovery this morning!

Never forget it's okay to take a slow day and let your body heal. It's a super important step on the way to getting stronger!

Not every workout is going to be the best workout ever. You won't feel 100% every time. But you know what?

As long as you get moving in some way you are going to benefit yourself! Maybe you have a little stretch while you watch Netflix, or you go for a short walk. That still counts and it is behavior that leads you towards your goals!

Headstrong is here to provide fitness programming complete with wholesome support and accountability. A place to feel and be positive, while taking positive action for your body!
