We always, always, always, always do push-ups at Grind workouts.... have done so for years because they are one of the best ways to increase functional strength. They hurt when you start, but it doesn't take long to find the groove and see some amazing results.

What a great workout last night.
The energy and commitment was amazing. I'm already feeling the pain, I know there's more to come. Hopefully Wednesday's running session beats some of the tightness out of our bodies.
