"PLYOS" are a big part of smart workouts, but what are they? Plyometrics, also known as "jump training" are exercises in which muscles exert maximum force in short intervals of time, with the goal of increasing both speed and power. There you go :)

What a great workout last night.

The energy and commitment was amazing. I'm already feeling the pain, I know there's more to come. Hopefully Wednesday's running session beats some of the tightness out of our bodies.
