Cole (amazing local trainer/hype human) is leading the workout, I’ll be doing the warm-up, stretch and sunset meditation, and then we’re hanging out, eating burgers and soaking up the longest day of the year together.
This night is about community.

As a mom, this is hard, but also such a celebration… my baby is 16 today and I am wondering how my sweet tiny girl who used to hold my hand became this strong, independent woman overnight?
